●     Must have agreed pricing and timeline before work begins

You are not obligated to accept custom requests.

5️⃣ Simple & Affordable Packaging Guide

You do not need expensive materials. Safe and secure packaging can be done affordably.

πŸ–Ό Canvas Paintings

Affordable method:

●     Place baking paper or clean tissue paper over the painted surface

●     Wrap fully in bubble wrap (available cheaply in rolls)

●     Use a strong cardboard box (reused boxes are acceptable if sturdy)

●     Fill gaps with scrunched paper to prevent movement

For smaller canvases, double-layered cardboard can work if taped securely.

πŸ—Ώ Small Sculptures

●     Wrap carefully in bubble wrap

●     Protect fragile areas with extra padding

●     Place in a small box

●     Fill empty space with paper, newspaper, or tissue

●     Seal securely with strong tape

If heavy, reinforce the bottom of the box with extra tape.

πŸ“Έ Photographs & Prints

Unframed Prints:

●     Place inside a plastic sleeve (optional but helpful)

●     Sandwich between two thick pieces of cardboard

●     Tape edges securely

●     Ship in flat envelope

Framed Prints:

●     Wrap in bubble wrap

●     Protect corners with folded cardboard

●     Place in sturdy box

●     Fill gaps with paper

Avoid tubes unless the print is designed to be rolled.

6️⃣ Postage & Shipping Reimbursement

You will not lose money on postage.

Shipping costs are:

●     Calculated based on the artwork’s size and weight

●     Added to the customer’s total at checkout

You will be reimbursed for the full shipping amount once the sale is processed.

We recommend:

●     Using tracked postage where possible

●     Keeping proof of postage

7️⃣ Payments, Commission & Student Bonus Fund

All payments are processed securely through YoungVisionArt.

YoungVisionArt takes a 30% commission on each sale.

From this:

●     5% of every transaction goes into the Student Bonus Fund (included within the 30%).

Student Bonus Fund:

●     The fund total will be visible on the website

●     One student artist is randomly selected each month

●     That student receives the full fund amount as a bonus payment

The remaining commission supports:

●     Secure payment systems

●     Marketing

●     Administrative management

By joining YoungVisionArt, you agree to these terms.
